I'm taking a short sabbatical from Mini sailing to sail in the biennial Newport-Bermuda Race, a 635-mile crewed race from Newport, RI to St. David's Light off of Bermuda. Other than working the foredeck and driving, I will be absorbing all I can on Gulf Stream navigation.
